Therefore we are currently looking for:

• Stage Hands
• Catering staff
• Wardrobe Assistants & Dressers
• Runners

The Vienna Event Crew is a service industry provider. The most secure work environment and the client‘s wishes are our highest priorities. So you will need certain skills to work for us.

Essential requirements:

• Highly motivated
• Time flexibility
• Total reliability
• Absolute punctuality
• Physical endurance
• Great team spirit
• Austrian work permit

The following are additional qualifications which are advantageous but not essential:

• Driving licence B und C
• Own car
• Foreign language, especially Englisch
• Experience in the event and gastro sectors

The Vienna Event Crew provides all its employees with their own health and safety equipment and clothing (PSA). After the third assignment, this becomes the free property of the employee, and must be brought to every assignment from then on with a legal obligation to wear it on site. The same is the case for work safety gloves.

The Vienna Event Crew personal safety equipment provided includes:

• Safety helmet
• Work T-shirt
• Work shoes Safety Category S3 with steel toe caps and soles
